    Should a noseband be returned having been tried, the maximum refund is 75%, on receipt of the returned noseband in good clean condition (less if not) this takes into account re-stocking, admin, and is the equivalent of a hire fee.

    If the noseband has only been tried on and none of the buckles fastened (you can just slide the strap into the keepers for the purpose of making sure it fits) and is then returned within 14 days in pristine condition, refund 100% subject to assessment on receipt.

    Return shipping is at buyers expense.

    Overseas: 
    As above, with adjustment to the return period to take into account shipping time.
