    If the reins are unused and returned within 14 days in pristine condition, refund 100% subject to assessment on receipt. Reins which have been used will not be refunded (this includes reins which have been done up by the billets). 

    Return shipping is at buyers expense.

    Overseas: 
    As above, with adjustment to the return period to take into account shipping time.
